SIZE CHANGE

If the purchased product did not fit your little one, you can request the change of size totally free, you will have 15 days  from the date you received the product to request the exchange.

DEFAULT RETURN

In case you receive your shoes with a factory defect or they present a fault, you will have 1 month from the moment you receive the shoe to report it and send it, it is important that the product is in the original box.

CHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Identify the cause of return:

    1. Size change

    2. defective new product

    3. Special cause, (you must report it before making the return)

  2. The return must be made within a maximum of 1 month from the date of receipt of the product.

  3. Report the return through the email kuttystyle@hotmail.com  from Monday to Friday from 9  a.m. to 6 p.m.

  4. Once we receive the report of your change or return, that it is within the established time and applies our policy, we will send you via email with the guide number as well as a letterhead so that you can take the product to the parcel offices more close to your home.

  5. If you want to make a return for a change in size, the shoe must be in perfect condition with no signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original box.
    In case of a return due to a defective product, it is necessary that the footwear comes in its original box.
    In case of special cause, you must contact us to explain your case before returning the order.

  6. Once the product is received in our offices, the default return will be evaluated in the quality department to proceed with the replacement of the footwear through an electronic coupon valid only in the online store.  with a validity of 1 month after the date of issue.

  7. The change of product by size will be made once the product is received in our offices, the change will be made through an electronic coupon valid only in the online store with a validity of 1 month from the date you received the coupon. . The first size change per purchase order is free, the subsequent ones will be absorbed by the client in case of requesting more changes.
